CHILI PANEER MAGGI

Paneer – 200 gm
Corn Flour – 4 tbsp
Flour – 2 tbsp
Water – Accordingly for a semi-thick batter
Salt & Pepper to taste

Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Spring onion whites – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green Chili – 3-4 nos.
Onion and Capsicum Petals – 8-10 nos.
Light Soy Sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Green Chili Sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp (optional)
Cornflour Slurry – 3-4 tbsp
White Pepper – 1.5 tsp
Aromat Powder – 1 tsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Spring onion greens to garnish
Maggi – 2 packets (boiled)

I swear anything indian do they make it look so shit, a new indian chef who cooks maggie and rice tf, do something better or atleast try to gain some experience by going and trying other countries food. The is a channel run by the name notorious foodie he is indian too but he know how to cook i swear he’ll cook the traditional food better then you
