Its interesting you added onion powder, never seen that before. Also the white pepper over black and no turmeric. Must be different regions make it different ways
Can't never go wrong with garlic, onion, pepper and paprika.
Literally, all it is missing is tomato, but we don't make tomato powder, do we?
