  1. Gonna use the tomato salsa on Taco Salad (with your spice blend) for the weekend and plan to use the pineapple salsa for topping some blackened or grilled fish. Looking forward to giving both a try. Special request…a peach salsa with a bit of heat? Or guessing I could substitute peaches for the pineapple in this one. ??

  2. I've been making your chicken vindaloo recipe (with some authentic additions) at least once a month for forever. These all look good, that avocado one at the beginning especially

  3. What a great line-up! You could have thrown in a mango salsa, as well. I recently had some for the first time and O…M…GEEE!!! It was almost as good as the first time I had ever tried a dish that had cardamom in it . . . almost.

  4. I remember when my wife first discovered habanero peppers when she was making a chicken dish. She was cooking and then complained that the dish was suddenly "too spicy" for her and asked me (I was in the other room so it took me a moment to process what she had done) "Where did you get this little bell peppers? They're too hot!" She had literally taken 2 whole habaneros and diced them into her dish thinking they were standard bells. #FierySurprise

  5. The hot peppers don't bother my hands so much but I do have to be VERY careful not to accidentally get the juices into my eyes. Also learned the hard way that those juices stay very potent when you throw the parts you don't want/need into a trash bag that you're not ready to take out just yet only to take it out a few days later.

  6. If you are interested, I have a recipe for a pomegranate salsa that I fell in love with:

    2 large pomegranates
    1 hot red pepper
    Juice of 1 lime
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Onion/cilantro optional (I don't care for the texture of onions and I'm allergic to cilantro).

I also have a peach salsa that I adore:

    1lb diced fire roasted tomatoes
    1 bell pepper (seeded/diced)
    2 jalapenos (seeded/diced)
1 can (or ear) of corn
    1.5lbs fresh peaches (diced)
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    salt/pepper to taste
