## CHICKEN MARINATION

– Chicken Breast – 1 nos. (180 gm)
– Salt to taste
– White Pepper – 1 tsp
– Light Soy Sauce – 1.5 tsp
– Vinegar – 1/4 tsp
– GG Paste – 1/2 tbsp
– Corn Flour – 3 tbsp
– Flour – 1 tbsp
– Egg Whites – 2 nos.

## KASHMIRI PASTE

– Dried Kashmiri Mirch – 18-20 nos.
– Oil – 2-3 tbsp
– Ice cubes – 5-6 nos.
– Vinegar – 1 tsp

## SAUCE

– Oil – 2 tbsp
– Garlic – 8-10 nos.
– Ginger – 1 inch chopped
– Green chili – 1-2 nos.
– Spring onion whites – 1 tbsp chopped
– Kashmiri Chili Paste – 1 tbsp
– Ketchup – 4 tbsp
– Red Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
– Light Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
– Vinegar – 1 tsp
– Salt to taste
– White Pepper – 1 tsp
– Hot Water – 250 ml
– Cornflour Slurry – 2-3 tbsp
– Spring onion greens to garnish
