There are some animals that the internal organs are edible, but seafood only has a very small area in that spectrum that is ok. Like the roe inside crabs, the tomally inside lobsters, some small shrimp’s intestinal tracks cause the body is so tiny, even soft shell crabs get cleaned. But fish? They are usually in river water with bacteria and all that is in the digestive track and organs. This time I just could not handle it. 🤢
