Ingredients
Blend
– ½ Kg Fresh Galonggong, cleaned and deboned
– 3 Cloves Garlic
– 1 Thumb Ginger
– 1 Tsp Salt
– ½ Tsp Baking Soda
– 1 Tsp Baking Powder
– ½ Tsp Five-Spice Powder
– ¾ Cup Cornstrach
– 2 ¼ Cup Flour
– ½ Cup Cold Water
– ⅓ Cup Vegetables Oil
– 1 Sachet Maggi Magic Sarap
– 1 Tsp Black Pepper
– 1 Tbsp White Sugar
– Add water to adjust
– Boil & Fry
For Manong Sauce
Ingredients
– 2 Cups of Water
– ½ Cup Brown Sugar
– 6 Tbsp Soy Sauce
– ¼ Cup Oyster Sauce
– 2 Tbsp Flour
– 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
– ¼ Cup Onion, minced
– 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
– 1 Pc Red Chili, chopped
For Vinegar Dip
Ingredients
– 1 Cups Vinegar
– 1 Tsp Salt
– ¼ Cup Onion, minced
– 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
– ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
– 1 Pc Red Chili, chopped

ako by accident lang, ginamit ko sardinas na delata, I remove the excess sauce, nilagyan ko ng itlog, harina, minced onion and garlic tapos paminta, sugar, asin. nag lasang kikiam sya. 😂😂😂
