How to Make Chipotle’s Fajita Veggies – At Home

This is an attempt to make a copycat recipe for Chipotle’s Fajita Veggies. Ingredients I used to recreate their recipe and based upon ingredient research on their website.

1 Tsp Oregano
1 Cup of Sliced Red Onion
1.5 Cup of Sliced Bell Peppers
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil

  1. Good to see you back! I thought of your videos a couple days ago as I was trying to decide on what to make for dinner. I’ve made your marinades/salsas multiple times throughout the year and I frequently return to watch your videos to remind myself of the ingredients.

  2. It’s almost sad how many people are picking apart this video I’m just glad you’re back.

  3. Last night right before closing I asked to buy all the rice they were going to toss out. I bring my own to go meal prep containers. They gave me the rice and changed me for just veg for all the fajita veg. I'm on cloud nine of gratefulness for the rice and veg.

  4. Yeah yes very glad you left out the most import part tempature and time to let me know fajitas have peppers and onions in them.

  5. Gotta leave some parts of the onion intact so you get the most realistic rushed process feel and outcome

  6. Chris … Thank you for breaking all of this down for us. I appreciate it even more on 05-17-2024, because Chiptole's by me is raising their prices on everything (they said). And, they are starting to charge more for things on the side, and they are not giving anything free out without paying for it. So, for sure, we are no longer going to go, ever again. They're just TOO EXPENSIVE at $20 a person and giving a person nothing.

  7. You almost lost a finger on YouTube. That’s No bueno. Now all I can think about is bloody fingers in my delicious food.🤮

  8. Guy making this video: First, we're gonna use a bunch of different peppers both for variety of color and for flavor (which I love)
Chipotle every time I order fajita veggies: Only green peppers that barely spent any time on the grill? Heard!
