Authentic Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe,New Chicken recipe, Black pepper chicken with gravey.

~~Ingrediants Require for Chicken Lemon pepper.

For the Chicken Marination

Chicken with bones : 2 kg
Yogurt : 400 gram
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Lemon juice : 3 tbsp
Salt : 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
Now cover it and rest it for 1 hour

For the Chicken Frying/Preparing:

Oil : 1/3 cup
Clove : 3-4, Black pepper : 10-12, Bay leaf : 1, Cinnamon : 3, Cumin : 1 tsp, Cardamom : 2
Cook it for a few seconds on medium high flame
Marinated chicken
Now cook it for 2 minutes on high flame
Now pour yogurt mixture
Add 2 tbsp of water in a same bowl of yogurt
Now cover it and cook it for 15 to 18 minutes on low medium flame

For the Slurry:

Corn flour : 1 tbsp
Water : 3 to 4 tbsp

For the Finalizing:
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Add fresh chili and chopped coriander
Corn flour slurry
Lemon slice
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for a minute
