I made the sala and oh my gosh it is SO good! So much better than store bought. I made it like your do, using half the jalapeños for heat (whole) and it was perfect heat for me. I like salsa to have some heat but not too much that it hides the flavor of the peppers. I made the baked tortilla chips too, and it was a delicious snack! Thank you for both of these great recipes❤
