Ingredients:
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 large Green Bell Pepper
4 – 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Jalapeno
1 Onion, diced (red, yellow or white)
19 oz. can of Kidney Beans
14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes (do not drain)
14.5 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1-2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cumin
2 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

We don't freeze our 'big batch chili' we make 3 VERY different meals out of it 3.nights in a row 1) plain bowl of chili w cheddar cheese crackers 2) chili tortilla chips and cheese with sour cream lettuce and tomato 3) big chewy noodles pour the chili over top of it and put parmesan cheese instead of cheddar cheese

  3. One of my families favorites, chili. I might have to start making beans because the great value beans have gone up to 92 cents from 72 last year 😮
