🔥 How to make it:
Split a round cabbage in half and blanch in boiling water for a few seconds
Add pepper & chili to the hot water with salt, then let it cool
Sprinkle kimchi ferment over the cabbage
Pour in cooled water, cover, and ferment for 1–2 days
It’s that simple! Perfect as a side dish or snack.

You NEVER boil cabbage kimchi for fermentation. Also use napa/chinese/korean cabbage, not regular white cabbage.
As an asian this offends me and it doesn't even look like kimchi
I guess this kimchi is youtube version not asian version but this seems easy so I will try it its beacuse its cooked not raw.
