For Chicken Marination:
Chicken (Murgi) – 1 Kg or you can use Wings
Flour (Maida) – 2 Tbsp full
Cornflour (Aararot) – 2 Tbsp full
Onion Powder (Pyaaz ka powder) – 1 Tbsp full
Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) – 1 Tsp
Chicken Powder – 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) – 1/2 Tsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Salt (Namak) – 1 Tsp full or as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste) – 1 Tbsp
Soya Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Chilli Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Egg (Anda) – 2
Oil – For Deep frying
For Sauce:
Garlic (Lehsan) – 4 Tbsp Finely chopped
Thick Green Chillies (Moti Hari Mirch) – 8 cut into slices
Ketchup – 6 Tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce – 4 Tbsp
Oil (Tail) – 4 Tbsp
Water (Pani) – 1 Cup
Soya Sauce – 4 Tbsp
Crushed Red Chili (Kuti v lal mirch) – 3/4 Tsp to 1 Tsp as per your taste
Pink Salt (Namak) – 1 Tsp Level or as per taste
Garnish it with Coriander Leaves or Sesame Seeds
