This will be my dinner tomorrow! Thanks for this easy recipe.
Dirty rice sounds good to me!
I have a tip do not toss green onion roots in the trash. Instead cut the top off a plastic bottle, wash the bottle with hot soapy water let dry. Put 1/4 to 1/2 tsp sugar in the bottom. Add roots cover the white part with water put in sunny window sill. Will sprout new onions. Change water by repeating above method every 3 days.
It would be so nice if you made a basic list of the ingredients. I understand you're saying to wing-it with what you have, but still, just a general idea of what is going to be needed would be good. As the granddaughter of an "off-the-boat" Italian bakery & dinner owner, I do a lot of make as I go recipes. However, having a basic checklist is so helpful . Love your channel. 🏖 Kj in Tampa Bay 🤗
Don't you think that your shrimps are over cooked ?
Is it ok to use cooked-pick-frozen shrimp or do they need defrosting first? We luv the recipiie thanks x

Bookmarking this for busy nights—thanks for the inspo!😍
Tried this and it worked fabulously.
I’d remove the shrimp after two and a half to three minutes. Finish with the liquid and return the shrimp at serving time just until heated through. Shrimp becomes rubbery if overcooked. Shrimp this size is cooked at three minutes.
Delicious
