Keep up the wonderful videos
Looks incredible 🤤
I want that bad but don't want it blended
I bet adding a serrano and Anaheim would probably be pretty cool too
Oooooh, that looks wonderful!!
Definitely need to try it,
I have roasted poblanos in my freezer. I’m going to try this! Yum! 😋 ❤
Recipe?
Looks amazing ❤
We have been making Poblano Soup forever. No milk. That is a different soup. I don't know what soup we are trying to recreate, but every Mexican soup has a sacred name. This one is not a real Mexican soup. The tell is powders and spinach. No spinach. No milk. Mejor Cilantro, Epazote, Hierba Buena, Tomillo, Romero. I am not saying that it doesn't taste good. Nevertheless, you did not know the real recipe. Anyone can combine ingredients, but are they authentic to the name of the recipe? This one is not. Some people will like this. That is alright. I am just asking for authenticity. My grandmother, my mother, want the same thing… what we made since we were babies. To the video creator, please don't change the recipe. Please don't add ingredients. I am sure your dishes all taste good. That doesn't mean they are original. Please, keep them original when giving recipes a sacred name.
Wow this looks yummy
Now that is healthy food.
You love you some Mexican oregano. 😁 I’m a Thai basil freak. It just seems better to me and my family.
Ok this looks fantastic, definitely a great warm you up soup in the fall type. I know I'm asking but have you done this in long format? I'd really like to serve this in small baked pumpkins. Great fall harvest combination. 😊
Looks tasty; My wife is vegan. Can I substitute the dairy with coconut milk and the chicken stock with veggie stock ?
It’s 2025. Why are”professional” chefs still cooking with olive oil?
