MULTIPURPOSE GRAVY, THIS GRAVY RECIPE IS SO EASY TO MAKE PERFECT FOR MANY DISHES.
300G TOMATOE PULP
1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
1 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER SEED POWDER
1 TSP FLOUR THICKENER
1/2 TSP WHITE PEPPER
1/2 TSP GINGER POWDER
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP SUGAR
1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1 SMALL SHALLOT
1/2 OF A SMALL GREEN BELL PEPPER
2 TBSP COOKING OIL
1 1/2 TBSP BUTTER
-START BY FINELY CHOPPING THE BELL PEPPER AND SHALLOT AND KEEP ASIDE
-PUT OIL AND BUTTER IN A POT HEAT ON MEDIUM UNTIL HOT, ADD THE ONION STIR AND FRY FOR 3 MINUTES.
-ADD BELL PEPPERS MIX WELL COOK FOR 3 MINUTES, MIX EVERY NOW AND THEN, AFTER THAT ADD CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, CUMIN, SALT, WHITE PEPPER, GINGER POWDER, SUGAR, STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, ADD SOY SAUCE, MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, ADD THE PULP MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES, ADD THE FLOUR THICKENER COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, THEREAFTER ADD WATER COOK FOR 20 MINUTES ON MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT
