怊Bell Peppers with Bonito Flakes怋
Ingredients (2 servings)
Green bell peppers … 3
Sugar … 1 tsp
Soy sauce … 2 tsp
Bonito flakes (katsuobushi) … 1 small pack (about 2–3 g)
Toasted sesame seeds … a little

Instructions
1.Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers, then slice them into thin strips.
2.Place them on a heatproof dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
3.Add bonito flakes, sugar, and soy sauce, then mix well.
4.Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
