Chilli Potatoes #shorts



1. Take 3 large size potato and peel off skin
2. Thickly cut potato into fries
3. Wash with clean water and pat dry
4. Coat potatoes nicely with Salt, Red chilli powder, Cornflour
5. Deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour
6. Remove from oil and keep aside
7. Heat oil in kadhai
8. Sauté finely chopped Garlic, Ginger and green Chilli
9. Fry Onion and Capsicum
10. Add Salt, Pepper powder, Schezwan sauce, Soy sauce, green Chilli sauce, Tomato sauce, Vinegar. Combine well
11. ⁠Add cornflour slurry and Water. Mix until gravy thickens
12. Add fries and coriander and toss well in sauce
13. Turn off the flame, mix Honey and Sesame seeds
