We’re back in the kitchen concocting supper. Is it chili? Is it taco soup? Your guess is as good as mine. Is the recipe going to be passed down to your grandkids? Probably not. BUT, it’s hearty and healthy(ish) and a good place to start. Because sometimes (I think most times), even a not great supper at home around the table together is better than an expensive supper elsewhere. Like elbows, that’s my opinion, and most everyone has one (or two.) If you try it, let us know what you think – better yet, how would you change it?
NOT YOUR GRANNY’S CHILI
1-2 lb ground beef, browned and grease drained off
1 small onion, diced and sauted with beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can mexicorn
1 medium size can baked beans
1 can chili beans or chili starter
Southwest seasonings to taste
Simmer until heated through. Would be good served with cornbread (I was going to do that and I forgot. Party fail.)

Doesn't matter what all you throw into you're cooking as long as you swat a (nat) down into the pan!!! That will just add too the flavor!!

yes white wine vinegar is a thing. also comes in red wine vinegar. apple cider vinegar works too.
