Lamb ribs seasoned with salt & pepper and a touch of dried coriander. Beef short ribs, crispy pork belly, atchar chicken, boere, and sosatie wors. Served with pap, homemade chakalaka, spicy Durban curried onions, pickled beetroot, and a homemade spinach, mushroom, and feta cheese pie.

Honey Mustard Pork Belly

I live in GP, i know of Mopani worms, didnt know of Mopani wood😮, maybe u should use it to smoke some ribs in future episodes 😁. Thats a lekker braai mense, can smell it through the phone u❤😍
