garlic: 10 g (0.4 oz)
feta cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
parsley: 10 g (0.4 oz)
cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
Additionally
mayonnaise: 150 g (5.3 oz)
chili sauce: 20 g (0.7 oz)

Puff appetizer:
Ingredients:
Philo dough cut into 9 pc sq.
cheese cream: 180 g (6.3 oz)
garlic: 10 g (0.4 oz)
feta cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
parsley: 10 g (0.4 oz)chopped
cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
eggs: 1 pc for wash
cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
Additionally:
mayonnaise: 150 g (5.3 oz)
chili sauce: 20 g (0.7 oz)
Direction:
*Crm cheese & garlic mixed, *place Abt 1/2 spoon utensil in center of square
*Crumbled feta on top(1/2 fork)
*Sprinkle chop parsley on top.
* Mozzarella Generous
*Fold diagnolly to pitch, puff corners
+ Check corner seal closed
*Turn over, tuck corners under
+ flatten then square up.
*Cut lines w mixer tine. Rotate + make 4 more.
*Turn ea petal gently &. Slightly open ea circle.
*Place on bake sheet + brush w egg.
*Top w cheese.
Bake:
350 degrees 20 min.
Mix dip – mayo
+ Chili sauce

Rosemary twig
Mini red pepper

Expensive and time consuming appetizer to make. Why does basically every savory recipe have to have hot sauce or chopped chili of some type? Not everyone can eat spicy foods.
