Chili Cheese Dog Tater Tot Bake | Quick 30-Minute Meals

Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tbsp chili powder
* 1 tsp cumin
* 2 tsp Cooking With Tammy All-Purpose Chicken Seasoning
* 1 (15 oz) can chili beans, black or kidney beans, drained
* 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Mexican blend
* 5–6 beef hot dogs, sliced
* 1 (28 oz) bag frozen tater tots
* Optional: jalapeƱo slices, green onions, sour cream for garnish

šŸ”„ Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, CWT AP seasoning, beans, tomato sauce, and hot dogs. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
5. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
6. Arrange tater tots evenly over the top.
7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until tots are crispy and golden.
8. Sprinkle remaining cheese over tots and return to oven for 5 minutes to melt.
9. Garnish with green onions, jalapeƱos, or a drizzle of sour cream.

  1. A lot of that liquid is just water.. most of it will evaporate out if you cook it longer…a lot of times ice is used when grinding hamburger… really enjoying your channel.. great video thanks for sharing..

  2. And all these years, I've been calling them Tater Tots. I stand corrected. It'll be Potato Tots from here on out. This dish looks so delicious. I've got a large cast iron skillet that gets a lot of usage, so I'm part way there. Thanks for this one. 😊
