Red Bell Peppers side



This recipe is easy to make and can be used in so many different ways. As a side dish, added to wraps and sandwiches, or chopped and added to rice, quinoa, or couscous. It brings lots of color and flavor and can be served warm or cold. Here is the recipe to make this Roasted Red Bell Peppers.

Ingredients:
– 2 red bell peppers
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Chopped parsley
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon cumin
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt

Directions:
– Preheat the oven to 400°F.
– Cut the bell peppers in half or quarters and take the seeds out.
– Spread olive oil over them and roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
– As soon as you take them out of the oven, put them in a plastic bag for at least 10 minutes. They will be hot.
– Remove the skin and cut them into thin strips.
– Transfer to a pan and add the spices and olive oil.
– Sauté the sliced bell peppers for 5 minutes.
– Turn the heat off and sprinkle the chopped parsley.
