Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb Bacon
1lb Ground Beef (80/20)
1 lb Ground Sirloin
1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage
1 lb Thin Pork Chops (cut into cubes)
1- 12 oz package beef cocktail Wieners

1 bag small sweet peppers(diced)
1 HUGE Vidalia Onion (diced)
2 T diced pickled jalapenos

1- 16 oz can tomato sauce
1- 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
1- 28 oz can crushed peeled tomatoes
1- 10 oz can fire roasted Rotel
1- 16 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes (drained)(optional. I actually didn’t use them when I made it this time)
1/4 jar beef Better than Bouillion

Spices
3 handfulls of Chili Powder (at least 2 Dark)(see video)
1 T garlic
2 T garlic powder
2 T onion powder
1 t smoked paprika
2 t cinnamon
2 t salt
1 t cumin
1 t white pepper
1/2 t black pepper
1 T Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1/4 – 1 t Cayenne pepper ( depending on heat preference)

Cook bacon in microwave bacon grill ( https://amzn.to/3DHxtbU ) & save grease to large skillet. Set aside. To large pot over medium heat, add all spices and dry toast. (See video) (If you are nervous about this or want to drain the grease, add spices after you cook the meat.) Once spices are fragrant, add meat making sure to scrape bottom and add water to deglaze to keep spices from burning. While the meat is cooking, cook onion, sweet peppers, & pickled jalapeno in bacon grease. Once meat is done cooking, add in all tomatoes and Better than Bouillion. Bring back up to a boil and add my secret ingredient (see video). After thoroughly stirring, bring to one more boil and lower heat to simmer and cook for 4 hours, covered, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

  1. Also, did you use your fire roasted tomatoes when cooking this recipe? They were listed in the recipe, but not when you went through the ingredients or mixed together the chili.

  2. Day 3 of my keto journey! I’ve got about 200 pounds to lose, PCOS, and insulin resistance 😩😩😩 but I think your channel is going to help me a lot! This recipe looks so good! Thank you for your recipes! It’s going to help save my life! ❤️❤️❤️

  3. Exactly what I've been looking for! I love chili but beans really spike my blood sugar. Your recipe is genius! 🍲

  4. Making this today on a snowy day. It looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it. Leftovers will be great for wild card football weekend. Thank you!!!

  5. While I was stocking at Walmart one day a customer asked why they couldn't find the chili sauce, I said it must of had a blanket on. They laughed as I showed them and they went on their way.

  6. OMG, I’m going to make this…the only difference will be that I have to set up a table outside with bowls and spoons and hope keto friend show up, as I do live alone now. My husband would have loved that chili, he was from Georgia.

  7. Could this be done in an Instant Pot and if so, how could we do the split time to add the other ingredients?
