This Mango Habanero Jelly is a delicious and easy pepper jelly recipe to make! If you love sweet, tangy, and spicy, this jelly will pack it all on a cracker and make you come back for more.

🧂 Ingredients:
-3 cups ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
-1/4 cup (for Mild) 1/2 cup (for Medium) 1 cup (for Hot) finely diced habanero peppers (adjust for heat)
-2 cups apple cider vinegar (divided)
-4 cups granulated sugar for pin box Surejell or 5 cups Granulated sugar for yellow box Surejell
-1 box Regular Surejell (yellow box) or Sure-Jell for Less or No Sugar Needed Recipes (pink box)
Supplies:
-Food processor or blender
-Sharp knife
-Stove
-Refrigerator
-Large heavy bottomed non-reactive pot
-Large whisk
-Ladle
-Mason jars (1/2 Pint or smaller for shelf stable water bath canning method. Any size for fridge jelly but i personally use 1 Qt. jars for mine)
