2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
30 oz. fire roasted diced tomatoes (or plain) not drained
1 sweet onion diced
1-2 sweet bell peppers diced
Seasonings to taste
2 packets chili-o seasoning packets
1 packet Beefy Onion Soup Mix
2 tsp Kinders Woodfire Garlic seasoning
1-2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 can each of: Black Beans, Great Northern Beans
kidney beans, 2 cans of chili beans
64 oz. V8 juice original.
Mix all together in large pot and simmer on low for at least 30 minutes or simmer for 2-4 hours

Oh my gosh, Tim sent me a short last week for the chili dog tater tot casserole. I made homemade chili Saturday and we’ll use that. Yes, only all beef dogs! We’ve never had a tater tot casserole before. Yours looks fantastic ❤! I love orzo pasta and have made a couple different side dishes and a pasta salad with it. I seem to forget about it.

My favorite chili recipe is the best chili from the cozy cook. I swap out the seasonings for one packet Kinders wood fired chili seasoning and one packet simple truth organic chili seasoning.
We are chili with the rice or mashed potatoes put chili on top with cheese and then we stir it all up delicious
