➡️ Steps :-
1. Soak 1 cup Soya chunks in hot water for 10 min
2. Let it cool then Squeeze excess water
3. Transfer to mixer jar and blend it
4. Now, take 1 large boiled Potato, 1 tbsp Ginger-Chilli paste
5. Add 1 tsp Red Chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Cumin powder, ¼ tsp Pepper powder, ¼ tsp Garam masala
6. Add 1 tbsp desiccated Coconut, 1 tsp Sugar
7. Add 2 tbsp Cornflour and 1 tsp Salt
8. Combine well
9. Take small portions and make balls
10. Insert Raisins in each ball ( completely optional )
11. Now, deep fry or shallow fry koftas in hot oil until they turn golden
12. Remove Koftas and keep aside
13. In the same oil, add 1 Bay leaf, 1 tsp Fennel, ½ tsp Cumin seeds, 1 Black Cardamom, 2 Clove, 1 inch Cinnamon stick, Mace
14. Add 1 tbsp Ginger & Chilli paste. Fry until aromatic
15. Now take 15 Cashews, 1 large tbsp Melon seeds, Curd, blend together and add in kadhai
16. Add 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp Cumin powder
17. Fry masala until oil releases
18. Add ½ tsp Sugar, ½ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Pepper powder, ¼ tsp Garam masala and mix well
19. Add hot water and mix
20. Add in fried Koftas, 1 tsp Kasuri Methi, 2 slit green Chilli
21. Mix and let it simmer on low flame for 2 min
22. Finish off with cream and chopped coriander leaves
23. Serve and Enjoy!!
