### INGREDIENTS & HIGHLIGHTS
* 600g thigh boneless chicken
* Soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, pepper, ginger garlic paste
* Cornflour, refined flour, and seasoning
* Brining solution for tenderness
* Chinese-style vegetables (capsicum, onion, spring onion)
* Chowmein noodles, roll base, sauces
* Cooking methods: Frying & Air Fryer for different variants

Ingredients for brining :
1. Chicken thigh boneless 600 gm
2. 600 ml water
3. 3/4 tbspn sugar
4. 1.5 tbspn Salt.
Marination :
1. Egg 1
2. Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbspn.
3. Soya Sauce 1 tbspn
4. 1/2 tspn vinegar
5. Salt 1/2 tspn
6. kali mirch 1/3 tspn
7. 3.5 tbspn cornflour
8. 2 tbspn Maida
