Soya Chunks Chili Recipe

Take 100 g of soya chunks, wash and soak them in water for 10 minutes.
After soaking, squeeze out the water and transfer the soya chunks into a bowl.
Add 1 tbsp gram flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, and salt to taste. Mix well so each piece is nicely coated, then keep aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a deep pan. Add chopped garlic and ginger, and sauté for a few seconds.
Next, add chopped capsicum (simla mirch) and fry for 3–4 minutes.
Then add 1 chopped onion and 2 green chilies. Stir-fry everything for another 3–4 minutes — do not overcook, keep it slightly crunchy.

Add salt to taste and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a little lemon juice (optional).
