In this video, I am telling you guys how to get started on your vegan weight loss journey! If you are looking to lose weight, and you want to do it vegan… or you’re already vegan and want to lose weight – this is the video for you! Here is what we talk about in this video…

Forget the word “vegan:” Vegan and healthy are not the same thing! Oreos are vegan! Even “healthy vegan restaurants” are actually sources of fat-bombs!
Commit to oil-free: One tablespoon is 120 calories and 14 grams of fat. Even if you’re in a deficit, you store it as fat.
Stop counting calories: IT DOESN’T WORK. Studies have shown that eating a calorie controlled diet plant-based vs not causes greater weight loss. This diet speeds up our metabolism & turns us into fat burners. It’s not how much you eat, it’s WHAT you eat. Calorie counting leads to binge-eating every single time.
Stop relying on exercise: You end up eating in a caloric surplus as opposed to a caloric deficit.
Keep it simple: This diet is starches, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. So often, people go crazy looking for recipes – but you don’t need to do this. If you want a few recipes to have in the rotation, go for it… But you can avoid overwhelm by KISS!
