Instructins :

1. Prepare the Dough
– In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
– Add room temperature milk and oil, mixing well to incorporate.
– Gradually add warm water until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
– Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

2. Make the Chicken Filling:
– In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sautĆ© chopped onion until golden brown.
– Stir in the all-purpose flour and cook for a minute to remove the raw taste.
– Slowly add milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens into a creamy consistency.
– Mix in black pepper, salt, shredded chicken, green coriander, and capsicum. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then let the filling cool.

3. Assemble the Bread:
– Roll out the dough into a large rectangular shape on a floured surface.
– Place the prepared chicken filling in the center of the dough.
– Cut slits on both longer sides of the dough, about 1 inch apart.
– Fold the slits over the filling alternately, starting from one end to the other, creating a braided effect.

4. Final Preparation:
– Transfer the assembled dough to a lightly greased baking tray.
– Prepare the egg wash by beating the egg with milk and brush it generously over the dough.
– Sprinkle kalonji and sesame seeds on top for extra flavor and texture.

5. Cook:
