ZERO POINT CHILI | MYWW BLUE PLAN

– Zero Point Chili Recipe –
**Slightly tweaked from the amazing Kate’s (IG:@ww_k8ibeth) original recipe!**

Ingredients:

– 1 lb 99% Extra Lean Ground Turkey
– 1 Onion (chopped)
– 1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
– 1 tbls Garlic (minced)
– 1 can Kidney Beans
– 1 can Black Beans
– 1 can Pinto Beans
– 1 can Great Northern White Beans
– 1 can FF Refried Beans
– 2 cans Rotel
– 1 can Diced Tomatoes
– 1 small can Tomato Paste
– Cayenne (to taste)
– 1 tbls Oregano
– 2 tsp Ground Cumin
– 1 tbls Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
– 1 tsp Black Pepper
– 2 tbls Chili Powder
– 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
– 1 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
– 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
– A few sprays of cooking oil

Check out Kate’s Original Chili Recipe (and more!) on her IG to see how she works her Zero Point Magic! I, however am no longer an owner of a large Crock-Pot so here’s how I tackled this on the stove-top:

– Spray your large pot with some cooking oil and set to medium heat
– Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic until softened, then add a few dashes of salt and pepper
– Add ground turkey and begin to break it up
– Once the turkey is slightly broken up add all spices, inducing the liquid smoke and worcestershire sauce
– Continue to brown the meat for about 2 minutes
– Add all remaining ingredients to the pot and stir
– Once fully combined turk heat to high and wait for chili to being to bubble (keep stirring and scraping the bottom of the pan to avoid burning)
– When your chili begins to bubble, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for at least 20-30 minutes
– Turn heat off and let cool for about 10 minutes before serving
– Enjoy!
