Didn't show all the oil and butter that followed the omelet out of the pan before sprinkling the toppings on. Where did all that go? You can see all of it when the top of the omelet folded over onto the plate. Maybe you wiped it up before the next scene? Just want to make these as accurate as possible.

Looks underdone to me.
Anyway, instead of just pulling the sides in, i just continue mixing the egg in the pan to make sure it cooks, and then at some point i just stop mixing so that the omelette can actually form, that's when i add the cheese and vegetables.
Can't make an omelette if you are afraid to crack a few eggs 🥚💯
