This Turkish turkey chili pasta is a spin on the viral Turkish pasta, which is in itself meant to be a deconstructed version of a Turkish stuffed pasta called manti. Those little dumplings are incredible, but this is much easier to make, equally amazingly, and every bit as enjoyable. Enjoy!

Weird how you dont show up in my YouTube anymore but you should up in my Google News feed. Glad to watch your stuff again ā”
the overhead shots honestly kinda make my brain hurt, haha
Hilarious that this came out on Turkiyeās Republic Day (the countryās 102nd birthday)!
The overhead shots were beautiful. Symmetrical too, so I was very happy. I know what I'm making Sunday. Thank you!
Jive Turkey!
now make Chilean Chile Chili, for when it gets chilly.
I might play with this one. Use a different ground meat and some gnocchi.
I'm down for anything with Turkish turkey!
Qualcosa di molto bello
Ground turkey for me always ends up rubbery. Will make this with beef. Thanks.

Since Iāve learned to make Bolognese sauce, Iāve always held that chili is basically Bolognese with a variation of spices.
When I went to Turkey I fell in love with manti (mahn-tuh) the lamb filled ravioli served with the yogurt garlic sauce and melted butter with Aleppo pepper and mint. I think that was the original inspiration for this version. If you used ground lamb instead of turkey youād be most of the way there. Making little ravioli is a pain. Love your videos. You make things a little simpler so people try something different. Bravo!
Why the onion powder if you have fresh onion?

Instead of overhead shots you should have invested in better image quality.
It's 2025, people want to watch content in 4K, not 1080p, a standard from 15 years ago…
Not to mention the poor color reproduction.
Very weird idea to make this with normal pasta instead of mantı…
No tacchino
I'd love to add beans, so I was trying to figure out what kind…then it came to me…..chickpeas! Definitely gonna try that.
What a coincidence I made this dish last night! Guess I will do it again with the Chef John recipe
Oh cool, I basically made this by accident when I wanted a turkish "Bolognese" and used turkey because I was dieting lol.
That was Mission Possible.
Merci Chef John.
Iām going to make this, but Iāll be using ground lamb instead of turkey. And maybe using tuom instead of garlic yogurt.
Serious
I want to know who cleans your stove top!!!
Yummy
Ohhhhhhā¦.. so making this !! YUMMMMM!
Nice addition to the overall presentation!
Some of the actual sound while cooking would be nice too. Love the commentary also but I'm sure u can do both Chef š
Thank you! I wonder how some feta cheese would go with this?
I was looking for a recipe for "Senate Bean Soup". The soup served every day at the US senate. I was sure you would have a recipe, but I noticed that you didn't. This is a hearty, delicious and traditional bean soup. I would love to see your take on the recipe.
My friend, you remind me a lot of me. Thank you for feeding people. I love your honesty, comedy and productions. You are doing good.
5:33 put your camera set back and down at an angle to avoid the steam overs
