Prepare Butter Glaze:
-In a bowl,add butter,red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,lemon juice,fresh parsley,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Chicken Skewers:
-Cut chicken thighs in pieces.
-In a bowl,add chicken,garlic,paprika powder,salt,dried oregano,black pepper powder,onion powder, lemon juice,cooking oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-Skew marinated chicken in wooden skewers.

Prepare Garlic Noodles:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Chilli sauce
2 or 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp peri peri sauce (optional)
2 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp tomato Ketchup
Salt as taste
1 chopped green pepper
1 tbsp Crushed Black pepper
green onion for Garnishing
