1 med green bell pepper
1 med yellow onion
1 jalapeno
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 can garbanzo bean
1 can navy beans
1 can cannellini beans
3 cups of seafood or chicken broth or stock
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
40 oz med size shrimp, cleaned, deveined and seasoned with creole seasoning
1 can of cream of shrimp or cream of chicken and mushroom

  1. Totally blown away never thought of this. Can’t help but be good. Live in south Louisiana the seafood will be fresh. Total cook time seems to be about hour and half or more. A little concerned about sautéing shrimp ( maybe remove and add back later in the cook) especially if shrimp is on small side that they may overcook. But either way it’s got to be good
