INGREDIENTS FOR CHILLI CHICKEN
For marination of chicken:-
300g boneless chicken
1 egg &1tsp vinegar
1/2tsp black pepper powder
1½tsp ginger garlic paste
3tsp corn flour
2tsp maida/all purpose flour
1/2tsp salt and 2tsp oil
For chilli chicken preparation:
1/2cup onion large slices
1/2cup capsicum large slices
2 chopped green chili
Chopped spring onion
(Chop root and stem separately)
2tsp finely chopped garlic
2tsp finely chopped ginger
2tsp soya sause
2tsp tomato sause
2tsp red chili sause
1tsp corn flour
Oil & Salt to taste
