I do instapot lasagna or pasta and it's done in 10 minutes I love it

Is there a reason you chose cottage cheese instead of ricotta for the lasagna soup? I'm very curious about the thought process of that.
Removing the bay leaves is very important. The stem is very tough & could poke into the lining of your stomach.

11:25 Making these today! Using thighs. Doubling the recipe for 2 meals + leftovers! Making Nachos, then tacos the next day. With the leftovers going with my hubby to work! I love making my meat 1 day and using it for multiple meals, such a time/effort saver! Thank you SO much Julia!
