Ingredients:

1.5 lbs ground beef

1 (tube) beef chorizo

2 cans diced tomatoes

2 cans Rotel

2 cans diced green chilis

8 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 cup chili powder

2 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp oregano

2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

👨‍🍳 How to Make It:

Brown ground beef in a large pot, drain if needed.

Add chorizo and cook until fully browned.

Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute more.

Add tomatoes, Rotel, green chilis, and seasonings.

Simmer 30–45 minutes to blend flavors.

Serve hot — topped with cheese, sour cream, or onions if desired!
