  1. Can you do some meal prep ideas for people doing OMAD? One meal a day? It's kinda tough to hit 100g of protein in one meal while being under 1500 Cals.

  2. What's the aim with using 1-day old rice? Is it to stop it from going mushy? This has been my experience with meal prepping rice and I just use microwave stuff now

  3. been eating the double brownie oatmeal thing from your website for breakfast for some weeks now, its very good. down 3KG after swapping out sandwiches with that 🙂 thank you

  4. I grew up eating London broil. My mom used to tenderize it by stabbing it with a fork on both sides and sprinkling it with meat tenderizer(from a jar like spices) and then garlic salt. And I think it is said that cold rice, potatoes and pasta are preferred due to resistant starches. Something like that.

  5. oh i truly thought i was just gonna watch a video of you making a meal then say oh thats nice and go on to never make it but this one is very easy i will definetly be making it, thanks!

  6. When I was single London Broil was the shit.. i know it's tough but cooked to a proper interal temp and cut across grain VERY thin its not bad. A little extra chew is worth it for the price of admission. I honestly used it primarily for jerky

  7. Do you put the meal in black plastic containers first, just to transfer them into glass ones later? If you don't mind me asking, why ?

  8. Would love some recipes with legumes like beans, chickpeas, lentils etc. Either them being the main protein, or even as an addition to the meat protein.
