Chili garlic mushroom recipe
Ingredients:-
Button Mushroom-400g (cut into quarters)
Dried red chilis- 6-8 (take out the seeds and soak the chilis in warm water)
Garlic- 8 cloves
Onion- 1 large (sliced)
Capsicum- 1 (diced)
Soy Sauce- 2 tbsp
Salt-1 tsp
Sugar-1 tsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (optional-for garnishing)
Green spring onion (optional-for garnishing)

Procedure:

In a blender jar, add dried red chilis, garlic, salt, and sugar. Grind until it turns into a fine paste. Heat up oil in a pan and add the paste. Cook it for about 1-2 minutes. Then, add the sliced onions and stir until they are soft. Add the mushrooms and cook them until they stop releasing water. Lastly, add your diced capsicum and stir for about 1 minute. Serve it on a plate and turn off your stove. Sprinkle some chopped green spring onion and coriander leaves(optional) to garnish it.
