Smoked Turkey White Chili creamy, smoky, and the perfect way to use leftover smoked turkey. I use both shredded turkey and a little pulsed turkey to make the chili extra thick and flavorful. Simple, cozy, and ready fast. Full recipe is below
Ingredients and Measurements:
Olive oil spray
2 small onions, chopped
5 garlic cloves, chopped
3 to 4 cups leftover smoked turkey, shredded
1 cup smoked turkey pulsed in the food processor
1 (4.5 ounce) can diced green chiles
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon oregano
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 to 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
1 bay leaf
4 (15.5 ounce) cans cannellini, rinsed and drained
2 cups chicken broth or turkey broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 to 1 cup heavy cream
Fresh lime juice
Green onion
Cilantro
Toppings: shredded cheese, hot sauce, sour cream,  sliced jalapeños
