Welcome everyone today we are making green chili sauce with grilled Anaheim peppers
In a saucepan add vinegar and water bring to a boil. Remove stems from peppers and place peppers into the boiling liquid. Next add garlic, onion powder, cumin, salt and sugar. Mix ingredients together. Lower temperature and let simmer for 20 minutes. After sauce is done simmering turn off the heat and let it cool down for 20 to 30 minutes. While the ingredients are cooling down chop fresh cilantro. Next place cilantro and cooked ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
