## CHICKEN BRINE

– Whole Chicken – 1 nos. (1 kg)
– Water – 2 L (500 ml + 1500 ml)
– Salt – 120 gm (6%)
– Garlic – 8-10 cloves
– Bay Leaf – 1 nos.
– Peppercorns – 8-10 nos.
– Orange and Lime peel
– Lime Peel – 5-6 nos.
– Thyme – a bunch

## SEASONING

– Paprika – 1 tsp
– Garlic Powder – 2 tsp
– Dried Thyme – 1 tsp
– Dried Oregano – 1 tsp
– Salt to taste
– Black Pepper – 1 tsp
– Aromat Powder – 1 tsp

## ROASTING

– Olive Oil – 3-4 tbsp
– Potatoes – 4-5 nos.
– Carrots – 2 nos.
– Salt & pepper to season
– Any Veggies of your choice

  2. Woh chicken kaccha hain .. chicken takes a very long time to cook in an oven. Bake it for 1hour n 15 minutes to 30 minutes..
