Hi friends! Welcome back to another day of Vlogmas. 🤍
Today we’re in the kitchen, and John is finally showing you how he makes his famous chili — the one he learned from his mom and grandma. It’s the kind of cozy, slow-cooker chili that makes the whole house smell amazing.
He walks through every step:
• Browning the beef
• Adding onions + garlic
• Getting all the canned tomatoes and chili beans into the crockpot
• His little “to taste” seasonings
• And the secret addition his mom always used
This big batch cooks low and slow all morning, and by early afternoon it becomes the most flavorful, hearty chili. So good with cheese, onions, tortillas, or even corn chips. And yes… chili dogs in the next few days. 😂
Thanks for hanging out with us today — just another cozy Vlogmas moment around here. Take good care and let’s keep on keeping on. ❤️
We’re Vicki Marie, John and Rosco sharing real life after retirement: slower mornings, everyday moments, and the little joys that make December so special.
