This easy ground-beef stuffed vegetables recipe is so simple and delicious for dinner. Todays video as you know is about stuffed peppers, I love cooking stuffed vegetables because the bring a diverse of tasty flavors from the different types of vegetables used in the recipe. on todays video I used the following ingredients:
bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, jalapeño peppers, and Hungarian peppers.
preparation:
prepare vegetables by cleaning them throughly to ensure you will be eating fresh tasty and clean stuffed vegetables. The next phase of preparation is removing the inside of each vegetable including the eggplant, the zucchini, and bell peppers and jalapeño. once this process is done you can now move to the stuffing mixture.
stuffing:
ingredients include ground beef, half boiled rice, onions, cilantro, dill, spices and salt. In an addition to olive oil and tomato sauce. Begin by mincing the onions first into the ground meat and then min one garlic. Then add the half boiled rice, green coriander salt and spices, olive oil and tomato sauce and mix everything very well.
stuffing:
stuff each vegetable with the stuffing mixture and place it on a large pot with chopped onions and olive oil. dd asparagus to the bottom of the pot to prevent peppers from sticking, add salt and tomato sauce and add all the stuffed peppers on stand position to prevent spilling. cook for 3 to 4 hours in a low heat serve and enjoy.
