1 tsp Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2–3 Dried Red Chillies
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tomato (chopped)
10–15 Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves (as required)
Tamarind Water (as required)
¼ tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
2 tsp Oil
Water (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
