Tofu Bell Pepper, stir fry, Chinese Recipe



Tofu Bell Pepper is a traditional Chinese dish recipe.

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS :
3 color bell peppers
fried tofu puff /beancurd puff
1 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp.sugar(optional )
1 tbsp. hemp oil or sesame oil
spring onion (for garnishing )
pinch of chilli pepper flakes

METHODS:
Preparation:
1. Cut the bell peppers into pieces
2. Cut the spring onion
3. Wash and cut the fried tofu puff
4. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hemp oil or sesame oil, sugar(optional )and Hoisin sauce.Mix and set aside.

Cooking:
1.Heat the wok and stir ginger and garlic along with the bell peppers.
2.Stir fry for 2 minutes and put the lids for 2 minutes.After 2 minutes, put some water,stir and put the tofu .
3. Add the sauce, stir and put lids again for more 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add spring onion along with the chili pepper flakes. Stir and serve.
