corn flour – 3 tablespoon
all purpose flour – 3 tablespoon

cooking soda – 1/4 teaspoon
oil for frying

curd – 200 gm
red chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
tomato ketchup – 2 tablespoon
green chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
salt
vinegar – 1 tablespoon
red food color

🍛 Makhani Pepper Chicken Handi – Rich, Creamy & Spicy Hyderabadi Style

A restaurant-style buttery chicken dish with the kick of black pepper and green chilies — creamy, flavorful, and melt-in-the-mouth delicious!

📋 Ingredients:
For Paste:

1 large onion

4–5 garlic cloves

3 green chilies
(Grind together with a little water into a smooth paste.)

10–12 cashews (fry lightly until golden, then grind to a paste)

For Cooking:

Butter – 3 tbsp

Oil – 2 tbsp

Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp

Chicken – ½ kg (500g)

Salt – 1 tsp (or to taste)

Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp

Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

Cashew Paste – from earlier

Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp

Curd (Yogurt) – 4 tbsp

Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) – 1 tbsp, crushed

Crushed Black Pepper – 1 tsp

Green Chilies – 4–5, slit

Coriander Leaves – a handful, chopped

Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
