Hey Food Friends! Today I want to share my Chuck Roast Chili recipe. We braise this Chuck Roast so long it all falls apart. The braising does all the work. Another great recipe in the fight against ultra processed foods. This chuck roast chili recipe is in honor of my father who passed away 13 years ago. For decades we made chili every weekend before Christmas and I’ve carried this tradition on. This recipe is also in honor of my friend Pat at work who was the first to subscribe to the channel and also requested my chili recipe. Hope you all enjoy!!

1 Chuck Roast 2 to 2.5 pounds
1/2 Bunch Cilantro or Parsley but will change the taste
1/2 Onion
4 cloves garlic
8 Ounces of roasted green chilies
1-2 Tablespoons of Cumin
1 Tablespoon of Oregano
6-7 Tablespoons Dark Chili Powder
1 Small Can Diced tomatoes (water and all)
1 Large Can Crushed tomatoes
1 Can Black Beans drained
1 Can Kidney Beans drained
1.5 Cups or corn
salt and pepper to taste
