Recipe :-
1. In a bowl add peas, boiled aloo and mash it.
2. Now add ajwain, ginger, green chilli, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
3. Now gate cheese and add coriander leaves and mix well.
4. Now make paratha and spread the filling as shown and fold it.
5. Cut it as shown and make tikkis.
6. Now for slurry, take maida, cornflour in a bowl and add chilli flakes, black pepper, coriander, salt and til and add water to make nice slurry.
Fry it on medium hot oil and your delicious easy and unique Matar Tikkis are ready..Enjoy..💖😋
